Yes, we are a licensed general contractor in the state of Tennessee for residential and small commercial. We have a Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration certification and are also Master Elite Certified, with GAF Shingles . TCR is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

In order to ensure the claim is procesed in a timely manner, please contact your adjustor first. If they are unavailable, please speak with a representative from your insurance provider.
However, if you are experiencing an emergency such as burst pipes, leaking water heaters, or other urgent concerns, please contact us immediately.

In most instances, you will pay the deductible at the end of the project. However, this can vary depending on project parameters, your insurance provider, the amount of money received, and more.

Both parties must sign the check in order for it to be cashed.

If materials are acquired from TCR directly, our team will deliver them to the site by the project start date. If purchased from a local vendor, you will often be able to pick up products on the day of purchase depending on stock availability. However, specialty or out-of-stock products can have a shipping time of approximately two to three weeks, potentially delaying your project.
We encourage you to select materials quickly to reduce the likelihood of lengthy delays due to limited stock availability and long shipping times.

Several ways to prevent damage to your building or property during freezing temperatures, please disconnect water hoses, allow a small stream of water to flow in all faucets, open cabinets to prevent pipes from freezing, clear gutters of debris and water, and remove any potentially dangerous tree limbs that might fall during icy weather.
